My dads C was the same way. Spark at the points but none at the plugs.Put on new cap,wires,rotor,points and condensor. Same thing.Turned out to be badly out of time, more than 180 out. Took the small cap off behind the rotor and turned the small gears by hand with a friends help till we got it to back fire at 180 out. From there it was just a matter of going one turn around. Fired right off.When we got the tractor it would run but had a bad miss. The plug wires where out of order on it just so it would hit some times. Bob M was a big help in figuring it out. This may not be your problem but thought I would share what turned mine from a flower bed decoration to a running tractor.
