With safety in mind, get it backed out and drive it around in 3rd gear with the clutch blocked down. The amount of force to brake it loose should be moderate. Use of the brakes and safe free travel area are critical. Throttle it up, so the break away force is strong. Another method is to put it in high gear (hardest to turn) leave the ignition off, and hit the starter a few times this puts pretty good force on the Clutch (blocked down), and is less intense than the other way.
