The 885 still uses the same basic principles. In this case the options are a four speed transmission with reverse and a partial power shift which is an electric/hydraulic shifted TA. That gives you two speed in every gear.
The other option is the same basic four speed transmission without reverse and a hydraulically shifted forward and reverse unit where the TA would be located.
The second option has only half the gear speed options but has the ability to be shifted between forward and reverse without using the clutch. It is a great option for a loader or other uses where you would need to switch between forward and reverse.
