Assuming you have the original engine, ( serial number and engine numbers match) The tractor was made in March of 29.
The 15-30 and the 22-36 had a TG prefix on the tag. The serial number that should be on your tag should have read TG110080M.
All the tractors had a prefix to designate the model within the serial "number". For instance the Industrial 10-20 had a IN prefix, the 10-20 farm tractor was KC, and the narrow tread 10-20 was NT.
