Never had my hands on a R92. Being curious I always check for changes when I have one apart. After all the years its easy to find different size parts in the same carburetors. 1/16 bit seems to be a favorite size for people drilling the main jet or seat with. That's why adjusting some by the owners manual doesn't work anymore. Have 4 358065R91 carburetors now and none of them are exactly the same. That's after checking the size of the main jet, discharge jet tip and hole sizes, air bleed and idle jet. Like you I think a R91 or 92 will work the same and the same carburetor kit would fit both.
