The clutch facing has rusted to the flywheel/pressure plate - not unusual for a tractor that's been sitting a while. I've had good luck doing this: Stick the tractor in 5th gear, then with the clutch disengaged pull it alternately a few feet forward and then backward. Repeat until the clutch breaks free. Unless it's stuck really bad, the torque reversals will bust it loose after a few cycles of the above. Don't put any more Liquid Wrench etc. on it however - otherwise it's likely to slip once it's broken free.
