LA Farmer, Not! At one time You couldn't swing a dead Cat and not hit one here in Central Texas. they are farther and fewer between Now, but not hart to find. Front End were change out as regular as the sun comes up in the East and sets in the west! After a system was figured out and front ends could be changes in 1 hr basically, 4 Bolts from a standard 2 tire tricycle to a single Cotton Front! A little longer (1-2 hrs) on a wide front, just more bolts and some brace brackets. I wouldn't turn down a decent 450 LP-TA at a good price. Most 450s came standard with TA unless it was a Factory TA Delete. You need to be Owning it Tomorrow or at least real quickly! Hope this Helps! Later, John A.
