Yeah I know what you mean about the ground cable. I didn't know where it attached to either. I had some help from some fellers on this nice bulletin board. And after I ordered the ground cable, it left me with little choice as to where to attach the ground. :-) The battery box I purchased from Pilot Knob Restorations, (815-777-0826), is actually for a newer Super A (S/N 348644 and up, which is a mid 1953 and up) It's the 3 piece construction ( 2 sides and a lid), instead of the older box that's a 2 piece (box and a lid). I like this style because you don't have to remove the whole battery box in order to remove the battery. Just remove the lid and the left side panel and slide the battery out. Of course thats after you remove or reposition the choke rod, touch control rod and lift arm for the rear lift. If you get the older box, you'll have to make sure you have the 4 battery support hold down brackets on your tractor in order to fasten down the new box. It's #6 in the pic below. Tyman
