As the seller has 0 feedback, I wouldn't be surprised if it is a phishing attempt or some other type of scam.
Or, it was their fathers and they went down to TSC to gauge approximate value or had been swindled themselves. I've ran into a few like that. It looked cheap compared to what they had been looking at down at the local chain store, but still was five or six times its real value.
