Hi, I believe the other Jim has the correct solution as the tractor had a FEL at one time using a power beyond adapter and when the previous owner removed the FEL, he/she just connected output of power beyond to return line of loader control valves. This connection was necessary as the 584 has an open center hydraulic system and at idle state the hydraulic oil has to flow in a loop, from pump through the system and back to the reservoir.
The right side of my photo shows the hookup for FEL hydraulic valves with a power beyond adapter. Just remove the hydraulic hose that connects to the power beyond adapter at the power beyond connection and connect it to the output side of the FEL control valves and add another hydraulic hose from power beyond connection to the inlet side of the FEL control valves.
