Push in the clutch and pull the TA back. (frees up force on the gears) Use a 1/2" wide screw driver (big) to pry the shift rails beck to even with each other. Right hand rail moved to rear, aligning with the other two. Replace the pin with a cut off bolt for now. Purchase a sloppy shifter kit from Ebay to really fix it. Jim
