I just got done working on this old beast. As usual with me I was thinking it was something major and didn"t think to look at the simple things first. It ended up being a simple little 3/4 inch bolt that went missing in the inner wheel weight (it has 2 sets on each side). And I want to thank everyone for pointing out the simple things that I, for some reason overlook. One other note when it comes to wheel weights the way the wheel is sitting can make a big difference in finding the problem.
