Will 39 H gen. and reg work on a 41 B

Just bought a 1939 H gen and reg that works at a price I thought to good to pass on. I'm hopeing to use it on a 41 B I just bought that is missing some parts of the generator and has no reg. at all. If it wont work.......anybody want to buy a Gen and regulator.
