The tractor was sold with a 6 volt positive ground system. The fact that is is still positive ground DOES NOT eliminate the possibility that it is either a 6 volt or a 12 volt system. The best way to verify what you have is to call the seller & ask whether any modifications to the charging system were done. I have a Super C that I installed a 12V generator & regulator to preserve the stock appearance, and polarized it to neg ground. After 46 years anything is possible.
