A lot of times poor spark is blames on a carb which is just fine. So start by simple trouble shooting. The spark needs to be a blue/white in color and jump a 1/4 inch gap or more at ALL 4 plug wires. Then go to the carb and do a few checks. #1 pull the carb drain plug and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas for a few minutes. Catch it to look for water and dirt etc and so you can use it. Next if is is the type with out the adjustable main jet there is a cover plug over the main jet. Pull that plug and make sure you have a good flow of gas out if it. If you do not use some spray carb clean and spray the jet out with the drain plug out and that may fix it
