I have the same noise on my current 400 along with the previous 300 and 400 I owned. From my experience and what I have learned from others, its completely normal. As long as your fluid and filter are clean, and the pump does not get super hot/sound like its laboring all the time you should be good to go.
On another note, there is a small orifice and screen in the pressure regulator block, would not hurt to make sure that is clear as well.
