Not really expecting an answer, but why is it that holes never line up? I just got through installing a new seat on my 240U, replacing an "almost" identical one.... same manufacturer, same style, same cushions, several mounting holes pre-drilled, but none of them lined up. No problem, I'll just take the slide base off the old one and slide it into the new one... nope, 1/4 too wide. Guess that's what drills are for
Now maybe my rear won't get wet for days or weeks after a rain.
