You might want to check that tractor closely. It's either not a '55 or it's not a 350 utility, since IH only made them in late '56, '57, and '58. It's possible it has been repainted and has the paint scheme of a 350. Other distinguishing features are a different fast hitch arrangement on the 350 utility compared to the 300 u, and the clutch is pivoted underneath the footboard on the 350 u while it is pivoted in front of the footboard on the 300 u. Of course, the C175 engine was standard in the 350 u while the 300 u used the predecessor engine, C169.
