Hi from archives: Differential Lock: If the differential lock is stuck locked on or if it doesn't lock. Check the pedal for free movement, it has a shaft that actuates the lock fork, the shaft is below the hitch cover and the link from the pedal hooks onto it. Often it has rust on the shaft where it turns on the rear housing. Try to spray a good lube on the shaft or you may have to lift the cover and remove the shaft and clean it.
