I believe it's called the front bolster, at least that is it on a wide front end. I believe a C through 230 should be the same, but not 100% sure.
Whoops, just looked in my parts book and the bolster n a trike front is the post between the spindles and the part you need. what you need is a "Housing, steering gear, Assy."
