The bullet shaped red light atop the rear work light was a factory option into the early 1950's. (Later production had a red lamp incorporated inside the rear light.)
The hour meter on the light bar was NOT a factory option. The factory hour meter was mounted to the right side of the engine ahead of the distributor; it was driven off the distributor drive.
Note: I've seen a few H/Super H's with fitted with tach/hour meters mounted to the light bar. The meters were cable-driven using distributor drives salvaged from 350(?) tractors.
