You need to look into the dump valve switch attached to the clutch pedal linkage. Sounds like there is a problem with the switch/circuit. Sorry I can't provide more details, but check this out before you dig real deep. Also check hyd filter, fluid level, regulated circuit pressures before you split that tractor. Buy a service manual if you are inclined to do this repair yourself, or get someone reliable and knoweledgeable if you aren't.
