Hi, Wiring diagram can be found at: http://cngco.com/wiring_diagrams/IH%2054-74-84%20SERIES.pdf
Re fuel gauge, I believe that the fuel gaug showing full is that there is a short to ground in the wiring harness. The wiring harness goes from under the dash on top of the transmission under the sheet metal cover, under the seat to a molex connector behind the seat and then to rear lights and fuel tank. There is one ground wire that is connected to a bolt at behind the seat on deck plate. Re hour meter, does the Tachometer work? If no then drive cable or drive gear on front of engine. If yes then have to send hour/tach for repair. Re temp gauge, could be coolant sensor that is located in coolant manifold by the thermostat. Could also be a wiring issue.
