The canvas is original and you can find them in black and white...I have the white canvas on my M because it's "original" but in the matter of a couple months its covered in dirt, stained, and has gone from gleaming white to a yellow/brown. Not a huge deal because its not a trailer queen but next time i'm going with the black canvas. I heard the vinyl cracks and rips easier, it's cheaper but there's a reason for it.
