If you have the pfc hydraulics on that tractor, look for pump failure. You may be lucky and have a plugged orfice, stuck swash plate, stuck compensator valve spool, broken signal line or a few other different problems. There is a system to isolate the pump from rest of system for testing but very few shops are equipped to do the test any more. If you know the system there are other ways of getting around that test to nail it down but I cannot explain all of them on here.
