You have a real 404 Lo-Boy there. The Lo-Boy version of that chassis on the 404 and 2404 had very few changes from the regular UTILITY version chassis. Most 404/2404 Utilities have 16" front tires and 28" rear tires. The Lo-Boy version had 15" front and dual 24" rears or 10" fronts with 16" balloon rears. Your photo of the dual rear tire 404LB is exactly as that tractor was offered from the factory. The 404LB and 2404LB both had metal emblems with the LO-BOY as a decal added to the base plate emblem. You will find a photo of my 2404LB in the Tractor Photo section of this site. Most all 2404 LB"s had short curved heavy cast rear fenders like you would find on a Super A-140. You have the real deal here. Very nice find.
