Look inside that fuel tank using a good flash light for any crud. I had that problem on a Chevy Citation that would just quit running, but would restart. I installed a fuel pressure gauge and I noticed when pulling a hill the pressure would drop. I pulled the gas tank and found rust and crud around the fuel pump pick up tube. I installed a new pump after cleaning the tank. My neighbor was watching and said I wouldn't change that pump. I said you're not doing all this work. He has a Doctorate in math. He fell off a ladder in 2005 trying to cut an overhanging limb. The chain saw just missed his wife who was holding the ladder when he feel. They flew him to a shock trauma unit in Baltimore. Before that he wanted to install a security system in his home. He thought if a 19 year old kid that didn't finish high school could install it, he could do it after reading the instructions. Things went well until he hit an electric wire in the wall when he was drilling. I guess he had to hire that kid after all. There's an article in the local paper last week about a Verizon employee installing FIOS in a home and hit a live wire. It did $70000.00 damage to the house when it caught fire. Hal
