Thanks ltf. I see that you post a lot of replies. I think I'll see if I can take it in tomorrow and get a mechanic to check it out. I'll let you know how it turns out and what he finds if anything. I'm guessing if everything is ok the 5K price tag is reasonable. Is it very difficult to get parts for this tractor?
