There are two different flywheel/clutches for a 595. The 11 inch clutch has a flywheel step of 1.443. The 12 inch clutch has a flywheel step of 1.408. It's possible that a machine shop ground the flywheel to the wrong step spec. I think this is where you need to go look to see what you have. Let us know what you find.
