When I bought my M is had a mud scraper on the front so I left it. It is my loader tractor so I use it daily.
I hate that scraper! I am going to rip that thing off. It only serves as a place for mud to pile up - all the way to the bolster. Were they really a good thing to have or just something folks like to have for shows? I would be disappointed if I bought it.
I am thinking of setting the front wheels out one step (tricycle front) so that mud and snow can get out. Has anyone seen this help the situation? I can't leave that mud in there as it catches twine and junk, so I just spent an hour with the hose. I have always used M's for my loader tractor but I hate working in the hog pens for just this reason. I just love them for the maneuverability.
