Try Campbells Used Tractor Parts at 931-762-7185 Mon thru Fri 8-5 CST. They may have the arm you need. I purchased a complete fast hitch from them some time ago. They will ship UPS.
Sorry I don't have a list of 1-point implements but at the time IH made quite a variety. I'd like to find a nice 1-point platform carrier. There is even some non-IH stuff out there.
