I thought of that, just did not take the time to do it. Anyway I found the culprit(s). 1st: the contact switch on the starter was corroded badly. Cleaned that, checked the brushes and she turns over much faster. Obviously a significant voltage drop eliminated. 2nd: this one I do not understand,had gas on a plug when I checked it for spark and gas to the carb, so I figured I was getting gas....wrong!! Pulled the plug on the bottom of the carb and in a second or so it flowed. Open all the lines let the gas run thru, reconnected and she is running. Not sure I have an answer there but thanks for all the inputs.
