You might want to check the rules for stock, but I explained to a guy a while back about how to reverse you stock hitch and build a height adjustable one. (message 92555) As for the front end, you could go to a single front wheel. It's a stock unit, but it doesn't give you much weight difference, unless you rebuilt the yoke with pressed steel. Or you can build a lighter front end with the spindles off a VW bug and make it to bolt under the pedestal. I doubt this would be a legal modification though. Most clubs specify "stock appearance".
