Ken, one of us is misunderstanding the other. The panel near the right quarter window is where IH says to mount the automatic row marker control box. The monitor is too large to fit there and is designated to mount on one side of dash or the other if I understand the manual correctly. I'm just not real sure how I get the cable out of the cab when I put it there.
The row marker controller is another issue since mine has no mounting bracket. I have to assume the bracket would resemble the removable plate and somehow leave room to route the wires, which exit the control box on the SIDE, down thru the factory hole you mentioned. Still plugging away at this as I have to manufacture my own mounting hardware.
