Hugh loved to argu....er....DEBATE.....Yeah, that's better, debate! (I must confess, So do I) Me and him went at it on a number of occasions. More than once we BOTH took a side on an issue where we both actually had the same opinion, but it was more fun to do the "point/counterpoint" thing! He could hold his own, even when arguing a side he actually didn't agree with. I miss the old cuss! Too many people that CAN'T argue a point and still be friends when it was over. Hugh was always a friend first.

This article is a summary of what I have gathered up from various sources on the Gletrac General GG and the B. F. Avery model A tractors. I am quite sure that most of it is accurate. The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio. Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
