That clutch and pressure ;late is not your peoblem But you do need to go thru the linkage making sure throw-out bearing and the yoke its mounted in is not bent,holes worn or otherwise in bad condition. Now is the time to replace the pilot bearing in the crank and probably your thro-out bearing is shot. Make sure the yoke assy holding the thro-out bearing is not bent. Also the tube the thro-out bearing rides on it not loose and still fastened to the bell housing its a press fit but your pressure plate needs a good cleaning on the surface also the fly-wheel on the crank probably needs cleaning also maybe resurfacing a little do not remove anymore than needed to clean it up. Sometimes just a good sanding will make it nice and shinny again.
