Check your valve tappet clearance too. My Super H would drop a cylinder when warm at idle. One intake valve had WAY to much clearance. Also You didn't say what year your H is but safe to figure it's 50+ yr. old. Probably time for new valve springs. They get old & weak and don't seal the valves well. Dad had a '42 H that would idle on about 2 cyl. and new valve springs really smoothed it out.
