I think you will find a drain (hopefully operational near the lower rad hose (IIRC)From under the front, not easy to find. THeblock drain is near the carburetor. Some had valves attached, some were just 1/2" pipe plugs. Trans/Diff oil is all one volume with more than one plug. There are separate plugs for different sump/collection areas. One fill port, you found it. Level plug is on the left side near the clutch rod.the belt pulley is lubed internally from trans splash into channels. It will be fine. Differential oil is GL4 85-120 is a good choice. I cannot remember the amount, (more than 5 gallons) The steering gear box needs to have trand oil in it unless it leaks, in which case it needs corn head grease or Red synthetic Mobil1 chassis grease.
