One size fits all. The serial number break may be due to some H tractor starters did not have a center bearing. All later ones did as far as I know. Repaired hundreds of them over the years.
You will find things like that showing up in all parts manuals. They don't transition the later parts to the early serial number machines when actually the later one replaced the original number.
There are exceptions like in the case of generators. The H with a high low charge light switch takes a different generator than later ones with regulators. Now days though you would probably be able to get only the later one.
