I can't help very much on the utility model 240 as when I disassembled my row crop 240 (the lights are mounted much farther back) I made drawings as to how everything stacked up and identified mating holes in various pieces as that area is rather confusing. Not having all the various parts only makes it more difficult. The parts catalog and the link provided by Bob should be of some help and you might be able to find another tractor locally to go and see how the parts go together at this point. In reviewing the diagrams in my part catalog I can't locate two required support pieces in the views of the radiator and connections along with the one for the hood and radiator grille. The parts I can't locate in those views tie the hood grill housing support to the radiator and if you are missing those parts it would be very difficult to figure it out. Since I can't locate them in my catalog I can't refer to them with a part no. but I certainly do know what they look like from removing them from my 240 and painting them.
