How are the 240 Farmall and 240 Utility different in the sheet metal?
I was doing a parts-book comparison and as far as I can tell the main mechanical difference between the two tractors are the front and rear wheels/axles.
Engine's the same. Transmission's the same. Operator's platform is the same. Front bolster is the same.
Other than some minor cosmetic differences the sheet metal from a 240 Farmall and 240 Utility should be the same too.
It appears that it would be very simple to convert a Utility to a Farmall by replacing the wide front with a narrow front from a Super C, and replacing the rear wheels, axles, and axle housings with ones from a Super C as well.
