Because of the nail-in-tire problems you could be money ahead to hire someone with a crawler/proper equipment to demolish what is left of the house. If the house was insured your insurance might pay for the demolition and cleanup.
I agree with those who suggested buying a tractor and loader as a unit. You can test drive it and that should cost less than buying them seperately.
Would an IH 300, 350, 400, 450, 460, 560, 656 or 756 work for you as a gasoline loader tractor?
