When you get the floor board off it will be the one with the linkage going to it. About a foot wide and 8 inches long front to back. When you pull it off look for the roller that is on the cam. Like said either the rail shaft is broke or the fork. Might also be one of the rollers is missing can let the gears touch. There are 3 rollers . 1 on the cam 1 on the pivot i on the fork.
