Hi, use the hand pump on the fuel pump on the right side of the engine. Loosen bleed screw on first fuel filter and pump the hand pump until no air bubbles, close this bleed screw, next open bleed screw on secondary fuel filter and pump again until no bubbles. If you cannot get bubble free then check for air leaks around gaskets on fuel filters. After finishing the fuel filters there are 2 bleed screws on the injection pump, loosen the bleed screw near rear of injection pump and pump again until no bubbles, close this bleed screw and then open bleed screw on head of injection pump and pump again until no bubbles again. If you have a helper, have the helper pump the hand pump and close the bleed screw during the pump stroke. If engine still does not start, loosen one of the injector lines at rear of injection pump and crank the engine. DO NOT crank the engine continually, let the start cool down between cranking.
