You should be able to get bags of them (without the retainer prong) at any hardware or auto parts store. You"ll want a crimping tool for installing them. If you want to put them back into the housing you"ll need the kind with the retainer. Jameco and Digikey have lots of fasttabs but it may be hard to get an exact match for the retainer. If you still have the block try to figure out who made it.
