Paul, I got the pages of the part catalog along with an Operator's Manual for a model 21 Fast hitch mower in the mail yesterday and they should be delivered with today's mail per the USPS. The tapered key (Q441) you appear to be missing is listed in the parts catalog as being 5/16" X 5/16" X .278 X 1 3/8". I believe that would indicate it is made from 5/16" stock (thick and height) and tapered down to .278" in height at the other end over the 1 3/8" total length of the key. Hope you are up and going when you need that mower but you are probably needing a leaf vacuum at present if your place is anything like mine, Hal.
