Bob, I have 6) 12"s and 14"s with fenders. All the top fenders are mostly the same. The side I call the skirts I see slite difference"s Only 1) has the rolled hem around the skirt piece. I thought that pair to be IH correct. The others have mostly the same shape skirts, but can"t say for sure if some have had the skirts replaced some time in there life or if the skirts on some are home made. I do know there is a special set of brackets for tractors with mounted plows. oldiron29
