A C series should have a large ID tag riveted on the splash apron above the running board behind the passenger fender. the chassis number is what you will use. I live in Iowa and get bonded titles here quite a lot and did one for my old 1933 B4 IHC truck. C series were very similar to the A and B series and that's where the tag is located
