The State police should have all the info you will need to provide registration for any vehicle purchased outside the state.
After you have located & made legible the vin number on the frame, contact the State police & see what their policy is on having your vin verified & certified by a Trooper.
After they have verified the vin, you can then take the form to the License Bureau and apply for a lost, out-of-state, or antique vehicle registration.
I am unsure of your state's policies, but this was the requirements for the two states I have resided.
