Tire and wheel ? for a 1941 B

I have a 1941 B that the tires that where on it when I got it where old car tires and some kind of turf tire on the backs.I need to know what size tire for the front and rear it should have. Also the front rims have what I would describe as clamps that hold the rim on.One of the rims is rust all the way through. Are these hard to find and what can I expect to pay? My C and Super C front rims have a braket that looks like it is rivited to the the rim
